All items in stock will ship within 48 hours of order.  If an item is to be delivered and installed within 15 miles of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, a representative of SAN-DEL designs will contact the buyer requesting available dates and entry requirements.

If a custom item or backordered is ordered, manufacturing times range from 4 to 8 weeks.  Once manufacturing is completed, a representative of SAN-DEL designs will contact the buyer requesting available dates and entry requirements for delivery. Manufacturing times and delivery dates provided are estimates and not guarantees. These are based on industry standards, backlogs, material backorders and manufacturers’ schedules.

Any items received damaged must be notified in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods, along with photos of the damage, for a full refund or return.  Any custom ordered and produced goods are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing issue.

All products are limited to manufacturers’ warranties. 

Local installation is warranted for 7 days after product is installed.  If there are any installation issues, buyer must notify SAN-DEL designs within 7 days of installation and a representative of SAN-DEL designs will re-inspect the product within 1 day of notification.  If the claim is verified, re-installation will be scheduled within the next 5 days.
