SAN-DEL designs is a large enough company to handle entire property remodels seamlessly, while still being small enough to keep overhead costs low.  Lower overhead costs mean lower prices for clients.  We have 6,500 sq’ warehouse space in the heart of Myrtle Beach where we receive and store our shipments until properties are ready for installation.  We like to work with property managers on creating complete design plans for their properties.  Many times, there are only one or two items being replaced throughout the property each year, but it is good to have an entire design plan for the future. 

Here is how our process works:

  • Schedule a Site Visit

    Work with our designer’s flexible schedule to plan a site visit. She will make her own travel arrangements, stay overnight in one of the units onsite and meet with the property manager onsite the following day.  There is no fee for within 60 miles of Myrtle Beach.  Beyond 60 miles there is a flat fee of $1,000 to cover travel expenses. 

  • Design Phase and Pricing

    During the site visit, the designer will take all necessary measurements and photos needed to create a 3D design plan and furniture layout. A custom design presentation will be created and will include pricing for small quantity orders and also large quantity orders.

  • Ordering & receiving

    Upon receipt of approved proposal and deposit, we begin ordering all materials. We receive shipments from various manufacturers and store in our warehouse until the property is ready for installation.

  • Turnkey Installation

    Our project manager works with the property manager to secure installation dates at the property. Our team arrives with all products and installs everything along with the project manager onsite.  All old items will be removed and disposed of, including any trash and debris from installation.  The team will need to stay in rooms on the property during installation.
