For Individual Homeowners

SAN-DEL designs has created a Hospitality Stocking Program for individual rental property owners in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas.  These products have been made specifically for rental units and have solid wood construction, laminate tops and commercial hardware.  Commercial grade products typically require a large minimum order however, we house these large orders so they can be made available to the individual homeowner.  In most cases, delivery and installation can be scheduled immediately, and we can remove and dispose of the old furniture.  Here are the commercial grade products being stocked in our Myrtle Beach warehouse:

Coastal & Retreat design Packages

We have also created two design packages, “Coastal” and “Retreat” that should coordinate with most furnishings in our area.  However, if you would like something different, please contact our design team.  The casegoods in the “Coastal” and “Retreat” design packages have wood tops and can have glass cut and placed on top.  The upholstered sofas, chairs, bedspreads and drapery are all commercial grade.  There is no minimum to order and once all pieces are received, immediate delivery and installation can be scheduled.
